4. Situations not eligible for a refund

5. Processing time
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the funds to appear. Refunds of cryptocurrency payments are returned as the equivalent value at the time of refund.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or payment provider — most issues can be resolved quickly and directly. Accounts with fraudulent chargebacks may be suspended.
